The website does not use cookies to function. The visitor’s decision (whether measurement cookies were accepted) is stored in the browser’s local storage (kf_consent_v1); it is not transmitted anywhere.
If the visitor clicks “Accept”, the measurement code of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta pixel) is loaded, and the Google Ads tag of Google Ireland Ltd. may also use cookies (without consent it works without cookies). These may place the following cookies:

Meta may also transfer data outside the European Economic Area (to the USA). About Google’s data processing: policies.google.com/technologies/ads; Google may also transfer data outside the European Economic Area (to the USA).
Fonts are loaded by the Google Fonts service, in the course of which the visitor’s IP address is sent to Google.
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of processing; you may object to the processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your request to info@kitchenfactory.hu; we will reply within one month.

Photographs and videos in which participants may be recognisable may be taken at our events. Kitchen Factory may use them to present and promote its events on its website, on its social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and in its advertisements. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of Kitchen Factory (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); a balancing test has been carried out: the recordings show the atmosphere of the event, and everyone is given the opportunity to object.
If you do not wish to appear in the recordings, please let us know when booking, on site or at info@kitchenfactory.hu (GDPR Art. 21); you may request the removal of a published recording at any time. Recordings are kept until an objection or a removal request.
